Ken Pantoga has over 20 years of extensive financial reporting, tax, and M&A valuation experience. He has managed thousands of projects, including the valuation of hundreds of private-equity backed portfolio companies. He has managed valuation projects in connection with transactions as large as forty billion dollars and as small as one million dollars. Some of his recent clients include private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, hedge funds, and high net worth individuals. Mr. Pantoga started (and worked, for over six years) with Arthur Andersen’s valuation group in San Francisco. Mr. Pantoga has also led several valuation practices in New York.
Mr. Pantoga received an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas-Austin and a BS in History of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Mr. Pantoga is a member of the Appraisal Issues Task Force (AITF), an ASA Candidate Member, and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000.
